The 1950s are in full swing as Rock n Roll makes its way into the culture, with Cleveland disc jockey Alan Freed coining the name.  In most of America, though, Perry Como, Tony Bennet and Nat King Cole rule the radio waves.  People flock to the movie theatres to see The Day the Earth Stood Still ("Gort! Klaatu barada nikto!") and Gene Kelly in An American in Paris.  A loaf of bread in the US is 16 cents; a pound of hamburger goes for 50 cents.

#N206  Dress has fitted bodice with right front drape into tab extending into a skirt drape.  Rear zipper closure.   This dress is constructed using a period pattern made to modern measurement.

Available in Misses/Womens sizes 8-24

Available in Red, Blue, Black, White, Green, Pink or Brown Cotton/Polyester fabric      $200.00
