Terms of Sale
The following general terms apply to all transactions at the Rich Emporium. In addition, there may be further policies and restrictions which are specific to each shop. Please fully read this page and the Entrance Page to the shop from which you have made selections. Allow time for your order to be delivered based on the posted
delivery
schedule at the Entrance Page to each shop.

Estimates quoted are for destinations within U.S. and Canada; allow
additional
time for other destinations, or email for an estimate. These
posted
schedules may change seasonally, so be sure to check this at the time
of
placing your order.
For your convenience, on a normal basis, we do not require your
signature
for these shipments to be delivered.
At our discretion this may change for particular products,
destinations,
and the size of your order.
Please notify us immediately of any problem that you have with our shipments. Our goal is to completely satisfy every Rich Emporium customer. Please send comments to service@richemporium.com We need to hear from you.
Misshipped products will be either refunded or replaced, at vendor's discretion. The product must be returned, so email for instructions. Please contact vendor before returning any item.
Any items that were properly shipped must have vendor authorization for returns. There will be no credit or refund of shipping and handling charges. Additional conditions will apply as stated on the Entrance Page to the shop from which item was purchased, Some products cannot be returned for any reason, so check that your order is correct. (Click 'Home Button' above and then click on the Shop Name to get to the shop's Entrance Page where you will find additional returns policy information)
