Lemon Grass
Cymbopogon citratus - Perennial - Culinary
The leaves are used to season food, as a tea, and as a perfume.
The plant is a perennial grower in warm areas where winters don't fall
below -10F (-23.3C), but can be grown as an annual or brought inside in
a pot in cooler climates. Lemon grass prefers a well drained location
in full sun and reaches a height of 4ft.
