Scutellaria baicalensis - Biennial - Medicinal (Also known as Huang-qin, Chinese Scullcap, Goldenroot)

In Chinese medicine, scullcap has been used to treat colds, fevers, hypertension & diptheria. This is a lovely plant with bright blue flowers attractive to bees & butterflies. It prefers full sun or partial shade and grows to 15in.
