Angelica archangelica - Hardy Biennial/Perennial - Medicinal, Culinary
Celery-like herb best known for its candied stems and mild, licorice flavor. This relative of the parsnip has huge umbrella-like palmate leaves and greenish-yellow flowers. Also used medicinally as a digestive aid.  Plants are perennial and make lovely garden specimens.  They prefer full sun or partial shade and grow to  5-6ft.
